Terms of Use

EversPass is a temporary, private photo-sharing platform. Registered users ("Hosts") can create sessions, upload photos and videos, and share access via a unique link or QR code. Sessions automatically expire and all media is permanently deleted upon expiry.

The service is available in free and paid tiers. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

To create sessions, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU)
• Notify us immediately at support@everspass.com if you suspect unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

EversPass is intended for sharing personal event photos and media. You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance, will be reported to authorities
• Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Is used for commercial distribution without our express written consent

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all photos and media you upload. By uploading content to EversPass, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve that content for the purpose of operating your session. This license ends automatically when your session expires and content is deleted.

Our service: The EversPass platform, branding, design, and software are owned by urielcookies Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed through Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months, except within our 30-day money-back guarantee window for new subscribers.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

EversPass is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We are not responsible for any content uploaded by users. The session host is solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any photos uploaded to their session.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, urielcookies Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EversPass, including but not limited to loss of data, photos, or revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, all your sessions and associated data will be permanently deleted. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EversPass will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance.

Your continued use of EversPass after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
