The basics about EversPass and how it works.

What is EversPass?

EversPass is a fast, private photo-sharing platform built for events. Create a temporary gallery, share a QR code or link, and your guests can instantly view and download full-quality photos — no app, no account, no hassle.

Do guests need an account?

Absolutely not. Guests simply scan the QR code or tap the link to instantly access the gallery. No sign-ups, no downloads, no friction — they're in within seconds on any device.

What file types can I upload?

Free plan users can upload standard photo formats (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP). Standard plan subscribers also get video support. Original quality is always preserved — no compression.

Does EversPass work on all devices?

Yes. EversPass is fully web-based and works on iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac. No app download required. If your device has a browser, it works.

Can multiple people upload to the same session?

Yes! Anyone with the link or QR code can contribute photos to a session. This makes it perfect for weddings and events where multiple guests have their own shots to share.

How do I share my session?

Once your session is created, you get a unique link and QR code. Share either one via text, email, or display the QR code on a screen at your event. Guests tap or scan and they're instantly in.

Sessions & Storage

How sessions work and what happens to your photos.

How long do sessions last?

Free plan sessions automatically expire after 24 hours. Standard plan subscribers can set sessions to last up to 7 days. After expiration, photos are permanently deleted from our servers.

What happens when a session expires?

All photos in the session are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers. The gallery link becomes inactive. This is by design — your privacy is guaranteed without any manual cleanup.

Can I delete a session early?

Yes, as the session host you can manually delete a session at any time from your dashboard. All photos will be immediately and permanently removed.

How much storage do I get?

Free plan includes 1GB per session (~300 high-res photos). Standard plan includes 100GB, enough for roughly 10,000 photos or 100+ videos. Storage resets when sessions expire.

How many active sessions can I have?

Free plan allows 3 active sessions simultaneously. Standard plan gives you unlimited concurrent sessions, so you can run multiple events at the same time without any restrictions.

Is photo quality preserved?

Yes, always. Unlike texting or social media, EversPass never compresses your photos. Guests download the exact original files you uploaded — pixel-perfect, full resolution.

Privacy & Security

Your photos, your data, your control.

Who can see my photos?

Only people you share the link or QR code with can access your session. Sessions are not publicly listed or searchable. Your gallery is private by default — only accessible via your unique link.

Is my data secure?

All data is transmitted over HTTPS with encryption. We do not sell your data to third parties. Photos are stored securely and automatically deleted at session expiry — we never retain them longer than needed.

Does EversPass use my photos for anything?

Never. Your photos are stored solely for the purpose of sharing them within your session. We do not analyze, train AI models on, or use your photos in any way. They're deleted at expiry.

Can I request deletion of my account data?

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from settings, which will permanently remove all your sessions, photos, and account information. You can also email us at privacy@everspass.com for data requests.

Billing & Account

Plans, payments, and managing your subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email support@everspass.com within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel directly from your account dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Your free plan access remains — no data is deleted unless you delete it.
