We believe in plain language, not legal jargon. Here's exactly how we handle your data.

EversPass ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by urielcookies Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using EversPass, you agree to the practices described here.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. Authentication is handled securely via Clerk. We do not store passwords directly.
Photos and videos you upload to sessions are stored temporarily on our servers for the duration of your session. They are automatically and permanently deleted upon session expiry. We do not retain copies.
We collect basic usage information such as session creation dates, file counts, and storage usage. This is used solely to provide and improve the service.
Guests who access sessions via a link do not need an account. We do not collect personal information from guests beyond standard server request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp), which are used for security and abuse prevention.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your photos to train AI or machine learning models. We do not display advertising.
We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate EversPass:
Each provider is contractually bound to handle your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. We do not share data with any other third parties.
Photos and media are automatically deleted when a session expires. We never retain your photos beyond the session duration.
Account information (email, name, billing history) is retained for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email privacy@everspass.com or use the account settings page.
Server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted.
We take security seriously. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Passwords are managed through Clerk and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
Sessions are only accessible via their unique link. They are not publicly listed, indexed, or searchable. Access is scoped to anyone with the link, which you control.
While we implement industry-standard protections, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a security issue, please email us at security@everspass.com and we'll respond promptly.
We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the service. These include:
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that collect personal information.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@everspass.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify registered users via email.
Your continued use of EversPass after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
We're happy to explain anything in plain English. Don't hesitate to reach out.
