Privacy Policy

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the EversPass service
• Enforce our storage limits and plan features
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications)
• Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized use
• Improve and develop new features

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your photos to train AI or machine learning models. We do not display advertising.

We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate EversPass:

• Clerk — authentication and user account management
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see your card details)
• Railway — cloud hosting for our backend and database

Each provider is contractually bound to handle your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. We do not share data with any other third parties.

Account information (email, name, billing history) is retained for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email privacy@everspass.com or use the account settings page.

Server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted.

We take security seriously. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Passwords are managed through Clerk and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.

Sessions are only accessible via their unique link. They are not publicly listed, indexed, or searchable. Access is scoped to anyone with the link, which you control.

While we implement industry-standard protections, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a security issue, please email us at security@everspass.com and we'll respond promptly.

We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the service. These include:

• Authentication cookies — to keep you logged into your account (set by Clerk)
• Session storage — local browser storage for temporary session data

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that collect personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Correction — update inaccurate information
• Deletion — request removal of your account and data
• Portability — export your data in a usable format

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify registered users via email.

Your continued use of EversPass after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
